BrandReel provides a self-serve video marketing platform that helps brands create and manage video content. The Service includes:

• Customizing videos with your brand identity
• Managing brand kits, projects, and assets
• Exporting and sharing videos across platforms
• Account management and settings

To use certain features of BrandReel, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

By registering a business on BrandReel, you acknowledge and consent that we may contact you using publicly available business contact information (such as phone numbers and email addresses listed on Google Maps, your website, or other public directories) for the following purposes: gathering feedback on our product and services, providing product updates and support, and improving your experience with BrandReel. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences in your account settings.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to BrandReel. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display your content as part of the Service
• Store and backup your content
• Make your content available according to your privacy settings

You are responsible for all content you post and must ensure you have the right to share it. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to use BrandReel to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Engage in any commercial activities without authorization

BrandReel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrandReel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDREEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

All payments made for BrandReel subscriptions, credits, or services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with the Service. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrandReel operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
